Jeremiah Hogan Dead after Alleged Sacramento Hit-and-Run Accident

Jeremiah Lee Miller Hogan, a 19-year-old resident of Fair Oaks, has been identified by authorities as the victim in an alleged hit-and-run accident that occurred on May 19th. Very little information has been released about the incident, so it is not clear whether or not Mr. Hogan was a pedestrian or in a vehicle at roughly 9:00 p.m. when he received extremely serious injuries near the intersection of Edison Avenue and Watt Avenue. The young man was taken to an area hospital but sadly perished from his injuries a few days later on May 23. The California Highway Patrol is continuing the investigation and seeking out a suspect.

We extend our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the deceased during this difficult time.
