Jeanna Pryor Dead in American Canyon Pickup Truck Accident; 1 Hurt

Jeanna Estelle Pryor has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a traffic collision that occurred on June 22 in American Canyon in Napa County.  Ms. Pryor, an 47-year-old local resident was driving a Toyota pickup truck on Highway 29 at some time during the late morning or early afternoon. For reasons that have not been described, the pickup crossed over into the opposing lane of traffic where it collided with another Toyota pickup being driven by Francisco Santos-Dias, a 35-year-old Vallejo resident. Sadly, the woman was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the truck. She was taken for treatment but was declared dead. The driver of the other truck received injuries described as moderate. The incident remains under investigation by the American Canyon Police Department.
