Jacob Green has been identified by authorities as the deceased in an automotive collision that took place in San Bernardino on November 20 and also injured a women and her 1-year old daughter. Mr. Green, a 21-year-old local resident, was driving a Honda Accord on Kendall Drive just prior to 7:45 a.m. when the car spun out of control as it headed eastward. The young man’s car crossed over into other lanes and eventually collided with a Ford Edge SUV that was driving north on E Street. The SUV was being driven by a 27-year old woman and carried her 1-year-old daughter. Mr. Green was pronounced dead at Loma Linda Medical Center. The 1-year-old suffered a broken leg but her mother received only minor injuries. An investigation is ongoing.
