Jacob Farrand has been identified by authorities as the primary victim of a deadly collision in the Orange County city of La Habra. The accident occurred on September 20 at roughly 2:30 in the morning when two vehicles collided at the intersection La Habra Boulevard and Harbor Boulevard. Mr. Farrand died at the scene.
