Jack Munday has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a traffic collision that occurred on June 22 in American Canyon in Napa County.  The boy, a 16-year-old local resident and high school student, was one of eight teenagers in a Toyota 4-Runner SUV that was driving down Carlsbad Village Drive at roughly 2:30 a.m. when the car rolled over for unknown reasons. Jack Munday reportedly perished at the scene from his injuries while the other teenagers were taken for treatment. While the female driver of the truck is reportedly not suspected of a DUI, the case is under investigation.
