Harry Gee has been identified by authorities as the victim in an alleged DUI truck accident that occurred in Santa Rosa on April 2. Mr. Gee, a 69-year-old Daly City resident was driving a Honda Civic on Oakmont Drive prior to 7:30 a.m. when he attempted to turn left onto Highway 12 at a light. At that point an Atlas Tree truck truck that was towing a wood-chipper allegedly ran through a red light colliding with the side of Mr. Gee’s car. The man tragically died at the scene. Tanner Robinson, the 29-year-old truck driver, was charged with being under the influence of a substance by the California Highway Patrol. Mr. Robinson has been arrested on multiple charges. The tragic death is still being investigated.
