Gilbert Wayne Benamati, 30, and Sean Denzel Powers, 29, have been identified by authorities as the deceased in a single-car collision that occurred on August 27 in Sacramento. The two men were in car that was driving at a high rate of speed on the Capital City Freeway shortly after 1:30 a.m., authorities say.
