Frank Wang, 84, has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian vs. truck accident that took place in the Milpitas on February 21. Mr. Wang was using the crosswalk at the intersection of Dixon Landing Road and California Circle shortly after 8:00 a.m. when he was hit by a white Ford F-150 pickup truck hit. First responders took the gravely injured Milpitas resident to the hospital. He died later. The driver of the pickup remained at the scene and authorities say that they do not believe that a DUI is probable. The crash is being investigated by area authorities.
