Frank Jones has been identified by authorities as the victim in a motorcycle collision that occurred on May 20 in Perris. Mr. Jones, a 58-year-old Menifee resident, was riding a motorcycle southward on Interstate 215 prior to 1:40 a.m. when he suffered severe injuries in a head-on collision with a vehicle that has not been described under circumstances that have also not been described although no other injuries have been reported. Mr. Jones was declared dead at the scene. The case is being investigated by local authorities.
