++Felicitas Navarro has been identified by authorities as the deceased in multivehicle accident that injured six other individuals in San Diego on March 14. Ms. Navarro, a 57-year old resident of Wilmington, was in a Toyota Scion that had been involved in an accident with a Toyota Corolla that both pulled over to the emergency lane.Prior to 2:35 p.m. a passing Chevrolet Tahoe entered the late striking the woman and six other individuals. The woman died from her injuries while six others who had been occupants in the vehices suffered moderate to critical injuries, including the driver of the Tahoe, who members of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) allege was under the influence of cannabis at the time of the accident.
