Elbin Rodriguez Morales has been named by the coroner as the victim of a collision which occurred on Harbor Boulevard in the City of Fullerton. A Honda Civic was driving across lanes into to turn south when the two vehicles collided. First responders found Morales injured. He was treated and taken to a hospital, where he was declared dead. Authorities have said they do not believe a DUI was responsible for the collision and that the motorist, a 58 year-old female, remained at the scene and spoke to authorities. An investigation is ongoing.
