Loomis, CA — Dylan Rowsey has been identified by authorities as the victim in a car collision that occurred on October 30 in Loomis. Dylan Rowsey was reportedly driving home from work at about 11:30 p.m. on Auburn Folsom Road near King Road when he collided with another driver, who was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. Reports indicate that the suspected driver was driving behind another vehicle. The two vehicles that collided have been described as a Subaru and a Buick, both red in color. Dylan Rowsey was extricated from his vehicle by first responders and taken for treatment at Sutter Roseville Medical Center but he tragically passed away from his injuries.
