Dolores Nelson has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a traffic collision that occurred on October 13 in Granite Bay. Ms. Nelson, a 92-year-old Folsom resident , was involved in an accident that occurred prior to 1:20 involving a Volkswagen Jetta that allegedly struck a Toyota Prius from behind.
