27 year old Devonte Tyler hit by a car on Avenue J-8 and Sierra Highway
Lancaster, CA, November, 26, 2020 – Devonte Tyler, 27, died after a car hit him at the intersection of Avenue J-8 and Sierra highway in Lancaster. A women driving a mid sized sedan was heading south on Sierra Highway. Accident apparently happened when Devonte Tyler entered the road at Avenue J-8 and the car driver couldn’t avoid and hit Devonte Tyler.
Incident happened at around 9:40PM. LAFD paramedics responded to the accident site. Paramedics efforts to save Tyler’s life unfortunately failed and Devonte Tyler died at the scene.
According to the report filed by officials women driving the car hitting Devonte Tyler stayed at the scene. Investigators are still reviewing the case.
