David Olalde has been identified as the victim in a deadly pedestrian collision that occurred September 3 on San Bernardino’s North Waterman Avenue. Mr. Olalde, a 63 year-old was apparently hit near the corner of North Waterman and East Marshall Boulevard, where he was found suffering severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The collision occurred September 5 at roughly 10:40 p.m. The collision is being investigated by San Bernardino police.
