David Lowe has been identified by authorities as the victim in a motorcycle collision that occurred on the morning of September 24 in San Bernardino. Mr. Lowe, a 54-year-old resident of Colton, was riding a motorcycle on was riding on Mount Vernon Avenue prior to 9:22 a.m when his bike collided with another vehicle at the intersection with East Rialto Avenue for reasons that have not been provided.. First responders took the gravely injured man to  Arrowhead Regional Medical Center but he died there within a short time. The investigation by the San Bernardino Police Department into the deadly incident continues.
