David Jones has been identified by authorities as the deceased victim in an automotive collision that occurred in Hemet on May 12. Mr. Jones, 27, was a passenger in recent model Acura that was heading down North Kirby Street prior to 8:00 p.m. The car apparently went out of control and went off the road, hitting a tree in the vicinity of Fruitvale Avenue.
