David Jackson Dead in Sacramento Pedestrian Hit-and-Run Accident

David Everett Lee Jackson has been identified by authorities as the pedestrian victim dead. Jackson, 29, was reportedly walking across Florin Road after 1:00 a.m. when a vehicle struck him and threw into a nearby tree and reportedly died at the scene. A witness has reportedly told the California Highway Patrol (CHP) that the suspect in the crime was driving an older model green Chevrolet Silverado with some damage to the front.
