Dante Robinson has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a solo car accident that occurred in South Sacramento on April 18. Mr. Robinson, a 31-year-old Sacramento resident, was a passenger in vehicle described as an Acura SUV prior to 7:15 p.m. when the driver of the vehicle reportedly struck a pole in the vicinity of Fruitridge Road and Mendocino Boulevard, killing the Sacramento man. Authorities allege that the driver of the vehicle as seen fleeing the scene of the accident on foot following the crash. The tragic incident remains under investigation.
