Daniel Paez, an 18-year-old El Monte resident has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a Pomona collision that occurred during the early morning of December 10. Mr. Paez was driving an SUV, a 2004 Ford Expedition off of the 10 Freeway near White Avenue when the car went out of control and overturned multiple time. While Mr. Paez was killed, his teenage passengers were also injured, including two girls, age 15 and 17, who were seriously injured.
