Dale Jardine has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a two-car traffic collision that occurred on July 1 in the Natomas neighborhood of Sacramento. Mr. Jardine, a 33-year-old Citrus Heights resident, was driving one of two vehicles that reportedly collided at about 7:30 a.m. on West Elkhorn Boulevard near Highway 99, not far from the Sacramento International Airport. Mr. Jardine died at the scene while the other driver was treated for minor injuries.
