Rio Vista, CA November 13, 2020 – Corey Joshua Brown has been identified by authorities as the victim in a head-on collision that occurred on the evening of November 8. Corey Brown, a 29-year-old resident of resident of Stockton was driving a Honda Civic when he was involved in a collision with a pick-up truck prior to 12:20 a.m. Both vehicles were headed north on Highway 160 near Sherman Island Road.
