Cielo Romero Rojas has been identified by authorities as the deceased in an accident that occurred on September 24 in Gardena. Mr. Rojas, a 19-year-old San Pedro resident, was in one of five vehicles that collided on the 405 Freeway prior to 3:40 a.m. including one that overturned. Mr. Rojas died as a result of the collision and two other individuals were injured.
