Christopher Ortiz has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a traffic collision that occurred on June 26 in Wasco. Mr. Ortiz was driving a vehicle SR-43 when his car collided with another vehicle under circumstances that have not been described at about 3:30 a.m. The man died at the scene about thirty minutes later.
