Christian Cruz, 22, Alan Garcia, 21, Cavrin Fiaigo, 19, and Arturo Ramirez Valencia, 21, have been identified by authorities as the deceased in a devastating single-vehicle auto collision that occurred in Tracy on December 29. A car was traveling on Grant Line Road prior to 7:00 p.m. when it veered off the road and hit two trees and a fire hydrant; the vehicle then caught fire. Some of the young men were reportedly ejected from the car and others were caught in the car and had to be removed by first-responders. Two other boys, minors, escaped the tragedy with less severe injuries. Cruz, Garcia, and Valencia died at the scene of the collision, with Cavrin Fiaigo succumbed to his injuries in the first week of January. Police are investigating the incident.
