Sacramento, CA, December 4, 2020 — Chelle Raviart has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that occurred on December 2 in Arden Arcade in Sacramento County. Chelle Raviart, a 41-year-old Sacramento resident, was struck by a vehicle described as a red Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck at about 5:40 p.m. on Watt Avenue near El Camino Avenue. She died at the scene. The driver of the pickup, a 66-year-old Sacramento resident, reportedly remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the tragic mishap and is seeking out witnesses.
