
A 52-year-old local man died when his motorcycle collided with an SUV at the intersection of South State Street and Beacon Lane.
Ukiah, CA, January 14, 2022– Charles Partridge has been identified by authorities as the victim in a motorcycle collision that occurred on January 11 in Ukiah. Charles Partridge , a 52-year-old local resident, was reportedly involved in a collilsion involving the motorcycle he was riding and an SUV that occurred shortly after 5:00 p.m. at the South State Street and Beacon Lane intersection. The SUV was apparently leaving the parking lot of the El Molcajete restaurant and turned left at the intersection while Charles Partridge was heading south. The collision was reported to authorities and first-responders arrived at the scene at about 5:09 and declared the victim dead at the scene. The SUV sustained major damage but no injuries have been reported to anyone inside the SUV at the time of the collision. The Ukiah Police Department is investigating the collision and requesting the help of any witnesses.
