Charles Holley has been identified by authorities as the victim in an alleged hit-and-run pedestrian collision that occurred on August 13 in Fresno. Mr. Holley, a 41-year-old Citrus Heights resident, was using the crosswalk at the intersection of 4th Street and I Street, near the Sacramento Valley Train Station, when a pickup truck driven by Jordan Ware, 22, allegedly ran a red light and struck the man. Authorities allege that Mr. Ware fled the scene of the accident. Mr. Ware was arrested on August 19 on hit-and-run and manslaughter. Authorities are investigating the tragic collision.
