Chalacan Flores has been identified by authorities as the deceased victim in pedestrian collision pedestrian that occurred on April 5 in Riverside. Mr. Flores, a 25-year-old resident of Redlands was in a vehicle that was apparently carrying a number of passengers on the Pomona Freeway prior to 10:00 p.m. The vehicle was involved in some kind of a collision and the passengers stepped out of the vehicle when Mr. Flores was very tragically killed under circumstances that have not been described. First responders reportedly arrived but the young man died at the scene. The tragic mishap remains under investigation.
