Bryan Chen, a 20-year-old Garden Grove resident, has been identified by authorities as the victim in a collision that occurred on December 20 at about 8:10 p.m. Mr. Chen was driving a motorcycle in the vicinity of the intersection of Westminster Avenue and Euclid Street. Little information has been released about the tragic incident, though Garden Grove police reportedly say that two other vehicles were involved and one of the drivers was removed from a car with injuries that were not considered serious. The incident is under investigation but police say that they have ruled out DUI as a cause of the collision.
