\Bill Wagner has been identified by authorities as the victim in a Salton City bicycle collision that occurred on December 18. Mr.Wagner, a 91-year-old resident of the town, was riding his bicycle shortly before 3:00 p.m. on North Marina Drive, authorities say. Reports indicate that a 2001 Ford Focus attempted to pass Mr. Wagner, but instead struck the elderly man, who died at the scene. The incident is currently under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
