Arnie Cervantes has been identified by authorities as the victim in a collision involving a motorcycle and a tow-truck that occurred on October 21 in Burbank. Mr. Cervantes, a 38-year-old resident of Rancho Cucamonga was riding a motorcycle on Buena Vista Street near the 134 Freeway prior to about 5:40 a.m. when he was involved in a collision with a tow-truck under circumstances that have not been described.
