Annika Fullerton has been identified by authorities as the young victim in a pedestrian accident that occurred on June 29 in Highland. The child, an 11-year-old resident of Denver, Colorado was out walking with two of her cousins in the vicinity of Church Street and Glenheather Drive at approximately 8:30 p.m. when reports indicate a vehicle described as an SUV, dark in color, heading southward on Church Street struck the girl and did not stop or attempt to help.
