Amadi David Arnold has been named as the victim in an August 16 car accident on Highway 395. Arnold was headed north on Poplar Street when his 2007 Scion reportedly went out of control and crossed into an embankment. Authorities believe that he was attempting to get back on to the highway when he crossed southbound traffic and when his car was hit by a 2011 Toyota Camry. Both the Arnold and the driver of the Camry were taken to area medical facilities. Arnold was pronounced dead at Desert Valley Hospital. The reasons for Arnold’s car going out of control are not known at this time.
