Alexander Garcia has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a collision that occurred on March 22 in the city of Carson. Mr. Garcia, 24, was driving a vehicle on the 91 Freeway that apparently collided with the rear of a large truck and wound up wedged underneath the truck. Mr. Garcia died at the scene.
