Hit-and-run alleged against at-large driver of white 2010 Nissan Murano with Virginia license plates.
Dixon, CA November 10, 2020 — Adelina Rendon has been identified by authorities as the deceased victim in an alleged hit-and-run pedestrian collision that occurred on November 8 in Dixon. Adelina Rendon, 71, was found lying in the road following a collision that occurred prior to 8:00 p.m. in the vicinity of North First Street and East B Street. The woman was found lying unresponsive. A good Samaritan performed CPR and first responders also attempted to revive the woman but she died as a result of the collision. A male victim was also seriously injured and taken for treatment by first responders. He is expected to survive the collision. The Dixon Police Department is attempting to locate the driver, who allegedly left the scene without attempting to help. His vehicle was photographed and is described as a white 2010 Nissan Murano with Virginia license plate URS-7882 and decals, including a butterfly decal on the back window.
