A 41-year-old Victorville resident died after being struck by an SUV at Navajo Road and Ojai Road.
Apple Valley, CA, November 22, 2021 — Adan Villanueva has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that occurred on November 20 in Apple Valley. Adan Villanueva, a 41-year-old Victorville resident, was reportedly struck by an SUV at Navajo Road and Ojai Road at about 8:30 p.m. Paramedics arrived and tried to help the gravely injured pedestrian who nevertheless died at the scene. Reports indicate that the driver of the SUV remained at the scene. The Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the collision.
